You can thank us now because these 5 local coffee shops in Forest Hills Queens are frickin’ awesome.
When thinking of coffee, we all generally have our own favorite go-to coffee shops in Queens. I recently did a poll in a Facebook page Forest Hills NYC, and I would like to share with you my list of the top 5 coffee shops in Forest Hills.
1. La Boulangerie
When I first walked into La Boulangerie on 72nd Road in Forest Hills, I had to stop and pinch myself I felt like I walked into a coffee shop in France (even the staff have French accents). While La Boulangerie is known for their delicious artisan bakery, their coffee superb. When I took my first few sips into my coffee… YUM! I knew La Boulangerie deserved the #1 spot on the list. At La Boulangerie, you don’t just get coffee; you get an experience. From the authentic French baked foods to the delicious sandwiches this guys really nailed it. Super tasty coffee, drinks, and food and an awesome Forest Hills experience to go with it.

2. Roast n Co
Located in the convenient, thriving Queens Blvd & 67th Avenue in Forest Hills, Roast n Co sits next to the 67th Avenue Subway Station on the M line. Of all of these 5 best coffee shops in Forest Hills Queens, I’ve been to Roast N Co the most. Lately, I got myself hooked on their Mediterranean Tuna Sandwich. Oh my, it’s delicious, and you need one ASAP. They’re known for their amazing coffee and espresso drinks, their large selection of teas, and their rotisserie chickens. Roast N Co has seating for approximately 20 people and provided free WIFI. Roast N Co is definitely a hangout spot, which means that when it’s busy, you may have a hard time finding a table.

3. Red Pipe Cafe
Located in the hip, thriving Austin Street in Forest Hills. Red Pipe Cafe is a small but powerful offering in Forest Hills. Not only do they have superior coffee but they have a large number of vegan offerings. From the moment you enter their doors, you will enjoy the charm and character of the cafe. I usually visit this place when I need to brainstorm or work on a project for my business. You will never fail by ordering their delicious freshly baked croissants and a cup of coffee so some art on it. Red Pipe Cafe has become the go-to spot for vegans, something Forest Hills lacked prior to Red Pipe Cafe. And of course, the coffee kicks ass.🙂

4. Martha’s Country Bakery
Martha’s Country Bakery has three different locations in Queens. My personal favorite is their Forest Hills location on Austin Street. Martha’s Country Bakery is much more than just a bakery or a coffee shop, it has become the go-to hangout spot for the locals. Martha’s keeps outgrowing their spaces. While during the early hours of the day you can get seated quickly, but during the evening hours you may have to wait a few minutes to get seated and dive into their delicious cheesecake…YUM! While it may get a little loud their during their busy hours, The atmosphere in Martha’s Country Bakery superb and always vibing. Check out their full menu of delicious pastries that are prepared on premises like my personal favorite Very Berry Napoleon, Cold andHot Coffees and tea’s, and their exceptional mixed beverages.

5. Aigner Chocolate
Aigners Chocolate is well known for their handcrafted or even artisanal chocolate. They have one the best hot chocolate and coffee in town. From the moment you walk into their door you will fill the welcoming charming ambiance. You can rest assured that you will enjoy your coffee with some chocolate either on their love seats by the window or on the benches outside. If you ever have a sweet tooth and want to top it off with a cup of coffee or espresso while exploring so cool molds of chocolate this could be your spot.
