This includes planning, pricing, preparing, marketing, and negotiating, all within the sellers and buyers desired time frame. As a listing specialist, Lev is responsible for analyzing the Queens real estate market to stay ahead of trends and provide hyper-local expertise that will help clients make the most well informed real estate decisions for themselves & their families. Selling or buying a home, coop, or condo can be an emotional & sometimes frustrating experience, so Lev works hard to make it as quick and as smooth as possible.
Lev is a native New Yorker, loving husband, and a proud father whose goal is to provide his family with everything they need using his family as the motivation to succeed. Real Estate is famous for being based off the 3 L's "Location, Location, Location." That being true for an average agent; he thinks differently. His main base is the 3 R's Referral, Referral, Referral. Lev is there to make deals easy for the client yet personal, leaving them satisfied and happy. As a real estate agent it is his job to assist clients in the transactions of real property, but as a Coldwell Banker sales agent, he does so much more.
